There was a national championship feel in the air as more than 220 of the top junior players in the US descended upon the Brady Squash Center at Yale University for the inaugural event of the U.S. SQUASH Junior Championship Tour (JCT). The JCT was introduced to allow players to experience top competition at some of the finest squash venues in the country and will help determine the team for the 2009 World Junior Women’s Squash Championships as well as the U.S. SQUASH squads and the Ontario-American challenge. The remaining JCT tournaments will be hosted at Harvard University (Jan. 17-19), Stanford University (Jan. 30-Feb. 1) and the University of Pennsylvania (Feb. 20-22).
