Cool and Comfortable by Squash Design

Screen Shot 2014-11-24 at 11.42.25 AMIn the market for some performance clothes that will make you feel like you’re not wearin’ nothin’? Oops, that’s another advertising campaign. But with the Squash Design shirts and shorts that we tried, that’s exactly the way they felt. How many times have you changed a t-shirt between games? If you’re like most squash players, you probably can’t count that high. And why? Not just because they’re soaking wet but also because they weigh you down.

Sure, there are other companies making clothes with cool fabrics, but the shirts and shorts made by Squash Design are for squash players. The materials Squash Design uses is called Aerocool and Meryl Ultra. The main difference is the “weight” of the material. The Meryl Ultra is extremely “thin” and lightweight. And though the Aerocool is “thicker,” it still does not stick to your body and really doesn’t feel heavy at all. Incorporated into the fabric is moisture wicking ability which essentially helps transfer the sweat that gets trapped between your body and the clothing to the outer layers of the shirts and shorts to allow some evaporation. The result is “drier” material that maintains its comfort.

The shorts incorporate all of these qualities and, best of all, the legs are cut big to allow lots of room for movement.
